Group Classes
Mat Pilates/Heated Mat Pilates
Mat pilates classes are rooted in a classical, yet modern full-body flow that focuses on strength, mobility, alignment, and breath — all while keeping things upbeat and approachable.
Every class is intentionally designed to meet you where you are. Whether you're new to Pilates or returning to the mat, you’ll find a space that’s supportive, yet challenging in the best way. Expect mindful movement, creative variations, and a safe space to grow.
Heated classes are labeled “heated” on the schedule and are anywhere from 90-95 degrees.
Sculpt Class
Combine your favorite pilates, strength training, and functional moves for an elite burn. Sculpt classes use heavier weights (9-30lbs) to build strength/muscle/longevity. Class sizes are smaller to ensure a heavier emphasis on form and alignment during exercises.
Reformer
Reformer Pilates
Open to all levels. This full body reformer session emphasizes strength and flow with a mix of classical pilates, strength, and rehabilitation. Instructors ensure all students can challenge their coordination, control, and mobility; in a semi private group class of only 5 students.
